Site Settings (admin)
Site Settings from where all basic details of your Organization can easily be updated from Top Right Header using Settings Icon by Admin from Admin Backoffice.
Site Setting Details like Company Name, Address, Site Name, Site Versions, Site Logo, Site URL, Footer Logo, Site Favicon, Site Meta Title, Site Meta Keywords, Site Meta Theme Color, Site Meta Description, Footer Content, Date, Time Format, Default Plan, Language, Dashboard Type, Subdomain, Login Content, Login Sub Content, User Profile Icon based on First & Last Name, Username, Email ID, HTTPS Status, Waiting List Status can be set & Submit once done for setting the Site.
Based on the Site Settings made by the Admin, it will be reflected in the Website User Side. Admin should make Careful Consideration while doing the Site Settings, ensuring Settings done will enhance the Business Growth by easily bringing User & taking through smooth Registration Process based on Business Plan & Requirements.
Site Setting Fields can be completed as applicable and Updated from Admin Backoffice by Admin with ease.
Site Name is the Name of the Website for the Business.
Site Version is the Version of Software used for the Business Website.
Company Name is the Name of the Business or Company.
Company Address is the Address where Business takes place.
Site Meta Title is a meta title, also called title tag, an element in the head section of an HTML document that defines the title of each page of a website. It can be retrieved by web browsers and also used by search engines such as Google to display a webpage in search results
Site Meta Keyword are a Specific type of Meta Tag that appear in the HTML code of a Web page and help tell search engines what the topic of the page is.
Site Meta Theme Colour provides a way to suggest a color that browsers should use to customize the display of the page or of the surrounding user interface.
Site Meta Description is one of a web page’s meta tags. With this meta information, webmasters can briefly sketch out the content and quality of a web page.
Footer Content is the content of the website footer. A website’s footer is an area located at the bottom of every page on a website, below the main body content.
Footer Logo is the graphic mark, emblem, symbol, or stylized name used to identify a company or organization placed or inserted in the Footer section. Footer Logo should be 88 px X 50 px.
Login Content is the content of Login set here that will be reflected for the User during Login to the Website.
Login Sub Content is the sub content of Login set here that will be reflected for the User during Login to the Website.
Default Plan is a preselected option adopted by a computer program or other mechanism when no alternative is specified by the users in the Organization. Default Plan can be selected from the available drop down Menu based on the Business Plan & Requirements.
Default Language is the standard language chosen by Admin for the website to be displayed for the User.
Site Logo is a graphic mark, emblem, symbol, or stylized name used to identify a company or organization. Allowed file formats are png , jpg, svg & 150 px X 84 px.
Site URL is the short form for Uniform Resource Locator URL, a website URL is the location of a specific website, page, or file on the Internet.
Site Favicon is a small 16×16 pixel graphic image or icon associated with a particular Web page and/or Web site that appears at the top of a web browser to identify a bookmarked Web site.
Date & Time Format It gives a way of presenting dates and times that is clearly defined and understandable for both Admin and Users. Admin can set the Date and Time Format based on their choice.
Dashboard Type is the type for which the settings been made like Site.
Subdomains are the part of a domain that comes before the main domain name and domain extension. They can help you organize your website. It can be set as On Or Off so that can be displayed accordingly.
User Profile Icon can be set in the way how the Admin want their users enrolled into the network to be identified based on First& Last Name or Username or Email ID when they land on the User Backoffice.
HTTPS “Hypertext Transfer Protocol” is the protocol used to transfer data over the web.
HTTPS Status can be set as On or Off. If we change the HTTP, Status related to HTTP Protocol in Site URL section also will change.
Waiting List Status a list of people who have asked for something that is not immediately available, but that they will or might be able to receive in future can be put under waiting list till their placement is available. This Waiting List Status can be set by Admin as On or Off & can be displayed accordingly.
