User Profile
During Registration Process, User should have completed the details with Username, Email ID, Address, Plan, Sponsor, Packages and more based on the required fields set by the Admin from Admin Backoffice. Once the User landed on the User Backoffice after successful login credentials, they can Access their registered Profile & Plan Details and can update them if needed from User Avatar Icon at the Header Top Right Corner. Also options to add profile images, change password and more.
User Details like Username/ID with Email ID along with the Menu of Dark Theme Mode, My Profile & Logout can be seen.
Username is the name given by the user under this field during Registration Process.
User ID is the ID generated by the software for the user during Registration Process.
Email ID leads you to the E-Mail Page from where user can Send Messages to those whom they need to pass on any important informations quickly as soon as landed on the page.
Logout of the site can be done any time using Logout.
DARK THEME MODE
Dark Theme Mode is the Light-on-dark color scheme, also called black mode, dark mode, dark theme or night mode which is basically a color scheme that uses light-colored text, icons, and graphical user interface elements on a dark background and is often discussed in terms of computer user interface design and web design.
Dark Theme Mode can be enabled from the Pop Up Message inorder to transform the light page to dark which can be used if occasion arises. There are many known benefits based on scientific reason & other sources.
Dark Mode Benefits scientifically known to be saving energy consumption on devices with OLED or AMOLED displays. On OLED panels, each pixel is individually lit. When the background is white, all the pixels are turned on and the display require more power.
Dark Mode enhances visual ergonomics by reducing eye strain, facilitating screens to adjust according to current light conditions and providing comfort of use at night or in dark environments.
Ergonomics is the study of the relationship between people and their working environment, especially the equipment they use.
General sayings about Dark Mode is that it makes it easier to stay focused on work, reduce eye strain, improve battery life & visibility for users with low vision and those who are sensitive to bright light. But overall many people likes to have the Dark Theme Mode.

UPDATE PROFILE
Profile Creation can be done from the User Image/ Avatar at Top Right Corner. Menu will be displayed which can be further browsed around as per the need & utilised. Status will be displayed as per the situation. Anytime, Users’ can update their Profile Settings straightforward easily & quickly.
Profile Details like User Activity, Messages, Downline Sales, Notifications, Earnings made, Orders done, Member Log & Profile Overview can be viewed.
Profile Overview Details of User Personal Information, Account Information, Change Avatar, Change Password, Change Transaction Password, Email Settings, Saved Credit Card, Tax Information, Statements and Address can be seen from My Profile Menu under User Avatar Icon at the Header Top Right Corner & viewed in detail upon selection and also updated if applicable from User Backoffice.
Personal Informations like Username , First Name, Last Name, Email ID, Date of Birth, Address with Zipcode, Phone Number & User Avatar can be seen under User Profile that can be updated.
User Avatar plays an important role in getting identified in the Genealogy of the Organization. User Image or Avatar can be changed or updated by selecting the Update Image from Profile Overview & Submit which will then be displayed in all Genealogical Representation.
Based on Profile Page viewing, will explain under 5 sections for clarity.
Top Left which is the User Activity, Bottom Left is the User Profile Overview, Middle is the Downline Sales, Top Right is the Notifications & Bottom Right is the Members Log. This structure may vary based on the versions and business requirement.
NOTIFICATIONS
Notifications of the User will be seen with any New Informations, Notice, Announcement and can be viewed in detail upon Clicking on it.
USER ACTIVITY
User Avatar with Username, Email ID, User Earnings Amount, Orders Count made by the User, Message & Activity will be displayed regarding the activity of the user.
Username will show the name given under username by the User during the Registration Process along with User Avatar or Image.
Email is the Email ID provided by the user upon Registration will be seen in My Profile Page.
User Earnings Amount is the Amount earned by the User shown under User Avatar in My Profile Page.
Orders Count is the Count or the Number of Orders made by the User shown under User Avatar in My Profile Page.
Message under User Avatar in My Profile Page will take you to the Messages Inbox for the User & Received Messages can be Viewed, Replied & Composed if required.
Activity under User Avatar in My Profile Page will lead you to the User Log Report with the details of Log ID, Details, IP Address, Date & Time.
DOWNLINE SALES
Downline Sales Detail of all the Users with their User Icon, Username, Email ID & Sales Amount will be shown in My Profile Page.
MEMBER LOG
Member Log will be shown in My Profile Page with the details of Login, IP address for the Quick Glance.
PROFILE OVERVIEW
User Profile Overview will be shown in My Profile Page including over 10 User Information like Personal Info, Account Info, Change Password, Change Avatar, Transaction Password, Email Settings, Saved Credit Card, Tax Information, Statements & Address.
Personal Info shows the information of the Customer with First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Contact Info, Phone Number selection based on the Country by using the drop down menu, Email ID, Alternate Email ID & Company Site. User can make changes and Update the Personal Info using Save Changes.
Account Information shows the User Account Details with Username, Email ID, Preferred Language, Communication via Email/SMS, Extra Security using Login Verification and Password Reset Verification. Once made Changes, Account Information will be updated Successfully.
Upon Selection of Extra Security for Verifications, User need to confirm their Email or Phone Number while Resetting the Password either need to Provide the Personal Information or just the Login Verification based on the Option.
Change Password leads to the Detail where User can change the Current Password and Set a New Password by Retyping and Submit to Save or Cancel to undo the Action.
Strong Password should contain atleast one Capital Letter, one Special Character (! @ # $ % ^ & * (), +, etc.), one Numeral and be of Minimum 8 Characters long, No Spaces should be there in between the Characters.
Transaction Password is the place where you can change the Current Transaction Password which is used for the Wallet Transactions by Setting up a New Transaction Password, Retype and Submit to Save or Cancel to Undo the Action. Without this Transaction Password user won’t be able to make any money transactions.
Change Avatar is the place where user image or icon or avatar can be changed if required. Avatar are more handy for easy or quick access to a particular page as it available from All pages because of intact nature. Once the Change Avatar been Updated Successfully the Message will be shown and New Avatar will be displayed afterwards.
Change Avatar Selection lead to the Option where you can place your choice either by browsing your computer or from the wide range of preloaded 21 Avatars using choose Avatar. png, jpg, svg are the allowed formats. It is very important to take effort in choosing the right image as this will be shown in all Genealogy Representations and forms a significant identity for the User.
Email Settings will lead the User to the place where they can Set up Email Notifications with details like Send copy to Personal Mail, When to send email, when to escalate emails & will be updated using Save Changes or cancel to undo the action.
Email Notifications has to be set on or off.
Send copy to Personal Mail has to be set on or off. If its on, then it will enable the user to send a copy to his email of whatever he is sending.
When to send Email shows 2 options and can be selected based on user preferences. 2 options are Send me notification about my account activity & only send me required admin announcement emails.
When to escalate Emails provide the user to choose from 4 options. Options are All my activity, Activity on my downline register, Activity on my messages & Withdrawal. Based on user preference, options can be chosen and updated.
Saved Credit Card will provide the user to have the options of keeping or changing the credit card details under My Profile Overview. User have to complete the credit card details with Name on the Card, Number on the Card & Valid through Dates & can be updated using Save Changes. Once done credit card details will be saved for the future use to save time & can do the business transaction without any hassle.
Tax Information is the place where user information regarding Tax like Social Security Number (SSN), Employer Identification Number (EIN), 1099 Form & W8 Form Accepted has to be completed with the supporting documents by Browsing the Computer. File Format should be in PDF, Jpeg, Jpg, Png. Once done using Save Changes will update the Tax Information of the User.
Statement gives the detailed report of the Earnings achieved by the user in the Business Transactions.
My Earnings Details includes User Earnings with ID, Reference ID, Earning Reference, Type, Amount & Date.
Earnings ID is actually the number count given for each earnings.
Reference ID is the unique ID or Number of Reference for the Earnings.
Earning Reference is the Reference how the Earnings has been made by the user in the Network like commissions, referrals & more. This will be more useful to find out by the user how they have earned the amount as it gives the detail of what is that amount or earnings for, level, Plan & referral name whom the earnings been based upon.
Earning Type is the Type of Earnings that has been available for the user in the Network with the details of commissions like direct commission, level commissions based on the organization.
Amount shows the earning value that the user has gained in the Network based on the earning type.
Search Option is also available. You can use Search to find out the Earnings achieved From & To Dates from the Calendar provided. Use Reset if required.
Print/Copy/PDF/CSV/ Excel can be used to get the Earning Report if needed. Print, Copy, PDF, Excel & CSV can be done with the Earnings Detail for the Reference or can be downloaded & saved as hard Copy.
Address is a place where a person or organization may be communicated with asked to provide the particulars of the place where someone lives or an organization is situated.
Address Fields includes User First Name, Last Name, Address 1, 2, City, State, Country, Zip Code, Phone Number & can be Updated using Save Changes after making necessary changes. Based on the Country selected from the Menu, it will show the Menu for City, State and can be chosen with ease.
